It is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, design, manufacturing and sales service. Our company′s production process included: Plastic mold manufacturing, injection, spraying, Pad printing, silk screen and product assembly. The mainly production facilities included: (1) Mould workshop has equipment such as turning machines, grinder machines, milling machines. etc (2) The injection workshop has 24 single-color Haitian precision injection machines, one two-color 250-ton Haitian precision injection machine, and related supporting facilities. All the injection machines are equipped with automatic robotic arms to improve production efficiency; (3) The spray printing workshop has 2 oil sprayers lines, 13 pad printing machines, 4 screen printing machines, and related supporting facilities. (4) The assembly workshop has 4 automatic assembly lines, and related supporting facilities. (5) The quality testing equipment included: Two dimensional image measuring instrument, salt spray instrument, low temperature freezers, drop tester, analog transport station, sharp edge tester. etc. In 2016, we launched the Yonyou U8+ ERP system which was a leading-edge ERP system in China to improve our productivity.
